Privacy

Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and we would rather not hold your data than work out how to store it safely.

This website

Everything below is true of unhero.com as it is built today.

• No cookies are set, and there is no analytics, tag manager or advertising script on any page.
• Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your own browser's localStorage under the key unhero-theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. That request carries your IP address and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
• The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for operational purposes under Vercel's privacy policy.
• Links out to the App Store and to droptide.unhero.com take you to services with their own policies.

The games

Droptide, Dashing Ralph, Tiny Spirit, Pencil Fleet and Euchre do not ask you to create an account, and do not ask for your name, email address or location. Scores and progress are stored on your device.

Apps downloaded from the App Store are distributed by Apple, which reports its own aggregate statistics to us as the developer — how many times an app was downloaded, and in which countries. Those figures are counts, not people, and we cannot identify you from them.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Where a law such as GDPR or CCPA gives you the right to see, correct or delete personal data a company holds about you, you can exercise it by writing to hello@unhero.com. In practice we expect the answer to be that we hold nothing about you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, which is itself a privacy feature.
